Astral Recruitment is a pro-active Search and Selection Recruitment consultancy based in West Sussex.

The company was formed by a group of experienced senior recruitment consultants having recognised a unique opportunity in the recruitment industry. We are all mature professional recruiters with between 25 and 40 years experience each in a wide range of markets.

We are flexible and realistic in our approach to providing the most efficient and cost-effective service from both sides of the equation. 

Our team of experienced recruiters have all been through a rigorous external training program ensuring a company wide uniform approach. Furthermore, all of our team are experienced in a number of recruitment sectors.

This ranges from Financial Services and Finance, C Suite, Sales, Accountancy, Marketing and Human Resources 

We work on a National basis and are available when you need us.

Astral can also be retained for specific "Search and Selection" projects and would welcome a discussion around this.
