Our client is a highly successful IFA firm looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the Client Support team

You will work within an established team to provide a high level of support and service to both our advisers and clients. This will include:

• Process client new business and general client administration as required
• Maintenance of client and portfolio records on the main investment platform and back office system
• Preparation of client files for reviews
• Preparation of necessary paperwork and application forms for client meetings
• Liaise with product providers on case progress
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering the telephone

To be successful, potential candidates should possess the following:

• An understanding of IFA technical software packages, including, if possible, Intelligent Office
• Good organisational and planning skills
• An understanding of the advice process, and the required compliance
